HEY GAIA ships products within Greece, the European Union, and internationally.

  • Preparation time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping cost:
    • For natural juices: €9
    • For other products: €3
  • Shipments are carried out via partner courier companies.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.

5. Returns & Cancellations Policy

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, sealed, and undamaged.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • To cancel an order before dispatch, customers must contact us immediately via email.

HEY GAIA is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure events or reasons beyond its control.
